Regarding the pressures; our typical protocol is to check tire pressures when performing our courtesy inspection with the oil service. Especially when doing anything with the tires - Rotation, Balance, Alignment, etc.
I apologize if this simple task was missed during the inspection. Do know that you are than welcome to come by at any time, unannounced and we will be happy to check that pressure for you.
