Unfortunately I left our last contact with a different
impression. Based on our lengthy conversation last week regarding your vehicle I had understood you were
displeased with the vehicle and its never-ending series of
failures, not our repairs or service.
From the timing belt break to the window fault and now the possible cam defect;as you said to me, this vehicle has been nothing but a headache for you and your family.
Please know that we do not take your 7 year loyalty lightly. This is why the time was taken to explain multiple times and with multiple people to explain the faults, the internal efforts made for making the finances work and most recently the true council on whether to invest or not. We wanted to paint a realistic picture for you when it comes to the money spent
and potential of money you may be spending after a proper inspection is done (valve cover removal). All this before the repair rather than just taking your money. At Aspen we want to give you all the facts and education on your vehicle before you make a decision.
