This sounds like a fake review or one I would normally blow off as it's praise is too high but I'm a real human that had a large car issue (radiator and transmission swap) and they really did provide great work and service.
The only possible negative I can think of is that I could probably have saved on labor by going with a small shop. But my experience has been that they can take too long to fix your vehicle and not make your car a top priority if you need it to be. In a dual income house with kids I'll pay extra for a guaranteed time table.
