The staff is incredibly friendly. However, when I went to pick up my car, the diagnostic charge was listed at$198 when I had been quoted $150. Also, I still have a check engine light on and it still runs rough. For a single girl and full time student, this is incredibly inconvenient to be without a car for four days, spending a large amount of money and the problem still not fixed.

Thank you for taking time from your day to share with us your experience.

I want to lead with a major appology. When I read a header that says "Well continue my search for a trustworthy mechanic", we have CLEARLY dropped the ball and for that I am sorry.

I am glad to hear you say our staff was friendly. After reviewing your bill I am also glad to see we heard your concerns for pricing and adjusted the diagnostic charges to what you were expecting.

I am however very concerned about the fact the light is still on and your vehicle is running rough, IE your original complaint. I agree you spent a large sum of money with us and I want you to know we are accountable to the diagnosis you paid for and the warranty on the parts / labor we provided.

I attempted a phone call last night as soon as I received this but left a voicemail. Please call me or write me back so we can get this matter addressed. We do have the tools to provide you transporation while your vehicle is with us so please do not be burdened with that.

We believe a true mark on a company is not how you handle things when it is going well, rather when there is a problem, how you handle it. We obviously have a probelm and want to get to the bottom of it.

I look forward to future contact with you so we can bring closure to this matter.
