As always, great customer service. One problem, upon turning on the ignition switch, there is a loud clatter prior to starting the car.
The car starts immediately, but this clatter sound was never there before. Would this be normal seeing as the gears on the new starter have not yet seated with the flywheel?

Carl,

I am pleased to hear the service was great. As for the noise, I would like to have the technician do a follow up on the vehicle to check and see the noise for you. I am sorry to ask for this, but if you could please stop in at your soonest convenience for us to take a look at the concern. No charge of course. There is no need for an apt, anytime just stop in for us to verify the problem.

We look forward to seeing you soon to make this a 5 star experience!

Thanks
Matt
