2nd Take....
Problem: drivers side heater not getting hot, only the passenger side. Had to bring it back 2 times to fix the problem. It took more than a day to fix the problem and a follow up call with a daily status report initiated by the tech would have been nice, but we were left in limbo unless we called each day to find out the status of the repair. Just created an additional burden with day to day coordination of transportation without preparation time.

This is unacceptable and we are very sorry to hear that you were not informed of a problem that should have been fixed properly the first time.
