Yet another late appointment
Pretty satisfied with the work, but this is twice in a row where my vehicle was brought in for an appointment, and it wasn't seen for hours after that. The appointment was set for 1 and at 5:02 I wad informed of the service needed. I was then told it wouldn't be ready till 1 the next day. I asked if it could be done sooner due to other issues. I was told no problem it would be ready at 10 am. At 10 I called and was told the car wouldn't be ready till 1230, which turned in to 1 PM. A previous appointment was scheduled for 9 am for a oil and tire rotation. I called @ 1 and was told my vehicle was next in line and it was completed @ 3.

Thank you for the feedback pertaining to your visit. The fact that not only once but twice you have had this experience is frustrating and I do apologize.

I did look back to verify the online appointment you booked. I then looked at the time-frame and information the person that dropped off the vehicle gave us. I am not sure if that person is you or another member of the family but we were lead to believe time was not an issue with the vehicle. Regardless we do pride our selves with our speed of service. From my notes there was a phone call made prior to the 500 window and a request made to call you. We then proceeded to perform pressure testing on the system due to minor things popping up (hose clamps loose, etc) to prevent anything being misdiagnosed. Once we had a clear picture on the system we then reached out to you for approval. The work was approved and we targeted 10:00 am for completion. I personally took the call from someone checking its status the following morning and informed that person we were ahead of schedule and the vehicle was done. This was in the 9:00 hour. I also asked if the other items we observed needed to be explained or that can be done at the time of pick up and I was told not to bother with it at the time of the call. I then asked if a shuttle was needed for pick up and told no. I agree the vehicle was not picked up until that afternoon but that was not due to completion issues.
