Thank you for the feedback pertaining to your visit. The fact that not only once but twice you have had this experience is frustrating and I do apologize.
I did look back to verify the online appointment you booked. I then looked at the time-frame and information the person that dropped off the vehicle gave us. I am not sure if that person is you or another member of the family but we were lead to believe time was not an issue with the vehicle. Regardless we do pride our selves with our speed of service. From my notes there was a phone call made prior to the 500 window and a request made to call you. We then proceeded to perform pressure testing on the system due to minor things popping up (hose clamps loose, etc) to prevent anything being misdiagnosed. Once we had a clear picture on the system we then reached out to you for approval. The work was approved and we targeted 10:00 am for completion. I personally took the call from someone checking its status the following morning and informed that person we were ahead of schedule and the vehicle was done. This was in the 9:00 hour. I also asked if the other items we observed needed to be explained or that can be done at the time of pick up and I was told not to bother with it at the time of the call. I then asked if a shuttle was needed for pick up and told no. I agree the vehicle was not picked up until that afternoon but that was not due to completion issues.
