Thank you for your loyalty to our company for 3 years with multiple vehicles. We also appreciate you taking some time to give the details on your visit with Aspen and the other facilities where you went afterwards.
In reviewing your post there are a few areas I know our company policy can bridge some of the concern. First I am curious if anyone at Aspen showed your or offered to show you the concerns with the leaking? Here at Aspen we have a company policy that if we recommend a repair we are to look at it first hand and make that same offer to our customers. This eliminates the gray area that often comes with the automotive industry. If you see what we see then there is no denying the validity.
The other concern mentioned is the pricing. Here at Aspen we have a standard for our repairs that need to support a 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty on parts AND labor. The vast majority of our competition do not have these standards to include the dealership (12 month, 12,000 mile). This at times can cause us to be higher priced . However we still need to remain competitive. If we were that far off from your other estimates we welcome an opportunity to utilize coupons and our company pricing guarantee to ensure your are getting the highest value for auto repair.
