Need to Inform Customers of Discount Policies Up Front
Overall, I am happy with the service performed here--they've always stood behind their work, even in the few cases where I had problems. But this last time I ran into an unexpected problem: I had several discounts, but upon trying to claim them, I was informed there is a policy of a maximum discount of $50 for any one invoice. If I had known that up front, I would have broken out the service over two appointments. I'm glad they offer discounts (since they are pricey), but they should inform customers of this policy up front, such as when they sell them coupon books.
