I also thank you for taking my call today so I could better understand the events that transpired. As we reviewed on the phone, at Aspen we need to provide a complete repair for our customers to allow a 3 year, 36000 mile warranty on parts and labor. To accomplish this we need to supply parts that either meet or exceed Original Equipment Manufacturer's Specifications. In your case to provide this service that required we source the part through the vehicle manufacture and that did cause for a premium cost.
