"Friendly, customer focused, great value"
I requested tires over the phone, but apparently the make of my car can take 3 different sizes and we had the wrong one. They got right on the phone to order the right size, drove me home so I could get back to work (I live very close and also had to get home to my 7.5 week old), and also looked at items the dealer service center had recommended to me. They told me we didn't need the two bigger ticket items, and their prices for all services were WELL below the dealership. The value was awesome, customer service was above and beyond, and everyone is so friendly every time I'm there.

"I will not take my car anywhere else!"
I found Atlas online about a year ago and decided to try them since their online reviews were so great. I was very happy I did. They were friendly and professional and efficient. I had received a quote from NTB for well over $400 to repair my issue. Atlas did the work for under $300. I recently brougt my car back for more repairs. They not only fixed my issues at a reasonable price, but they also found something wrong with my car that needed to be fixed as soon as possible. They are NOT, however, in the business of "finding" every little thing you need repaired on your car to boost their sales. My old '99 Buick would keep them busy for days just listing the issues it has! They only fix what I ask to have them fix and notify me if there is anything they recommend I take care of . Very professional and trustworthy in my opinion.

My driver's side window motor broke and my window was stuck down inside my door. The mechanic pulled the glass up and secured it closed AT NO EXTRA COST "because we are about to get a lot of rain". They did tell me what I would need to do to fix the window permanently at a later date, but didn't ask if I wanted to do it right now.

I would recommend them to anyone - friend or family - for sure. I will no longer bring my car to any other shop for repairs. They are totally professional and I am very very happy I found them.

John said he took the vehicle in on a Saturday morning, and he was expecting it to be fixed that day. The staff replaced a caliper and the caliper was bad, so he had to leave the vehicle at the business over the weekend and that was a bit of an extra hassle. They did good work, but it took longer than expected.
