Yu said there was no reason for this business to keep her informed during the repair process. They told her what they had to do, and told her she would get her vehicle back in 3 or 4 days, which she did. She stated she had a very good experience. Yu pointed out the ony problem going to this business is the parking, because the parking area is so small.
