Guadalupe said this business was nice and delivered her vehicle exactly when they said they would. She does have one small issue with the repairs. She stated when her vehicle reaches 55mph or 60mph it makes a noise in the area this business repaired. She is going to be taking the vehicle back in so this business can look at it but has not had a chance to do so. She is satisfied with the work overall except this one issue.

Chi said this business's customer feedback is very important. He stated the cost of the repair was higher than the initial estimate. Chi explained one example was when he was told it would cost $300 to repair the bumper, but it cost $600 because they had to install a new bumper. The final cost being higher than the initial estimate was okay, because of the quality of the service he received. Chi mentioned this business does a much better job at painting, than the Acura dealership he takes his Acura to. This business did an excellent job, and the personnel were very good.

Spoke with Michael. He said the vehicle was ready about 8 days late because of parts and shipping issues. He said the personnel were not very clear when communicating why the work was taking so long to be completed. He said he felt they had a lot of work to do and a very busy schedule. He would not recommend this business because it is difficult to get to their location, the waiting area was in very poor condition, and the personnel did not explain the repairs to him when he asked them for information. They told him the people who worked on his vehicle were not available. He said he really liked the email updates. The technician did a great job updating the records about the repair process.

Spoke with Le Ann. She said the personnel are extremely helpful and they try to find the best way to fix the vehicle. They work very fast and they are very friendly. She said they needed an additional part to complete the repair and the insurance company had to be contacted to approve the cost. She chose not to elaborate on the length of the delay.
