Spoke with Koichi. He said it was ready when promised, but when he informed them the dashboard maintenance alarm message was on, they told him the service department would have to take care of it. That took a half day and a second trip. The personnel kept him updated with the progress of the repair and communication was good. He hadn't had a repair previously, but he used them because he goes to the dealership for service. They should check everything before returning a vehicle as they could have caught this.
