Stephen said he is very satisfied with his overall service experience. He had work done on a visit 3 weeks prior to this visit. His estimate was done by Carl, who he requested to use for this visit as well. He said Carl is very helpful and he would rate him a 5 on a scale of 1 to 5. Part of the reason he chose this business is because it is close to his wife's job, and because he owns a Honda and this is a Honda dealership.
