Gustavo said they did not have good communication. He had no idea what they ordered or when they ordered the parts. He is unsure about vehicle being ready when promised because first they said it was going to be late and then at the last minute they said it was done on time. He lives far from the business, so he is not sure if he has to pay for his rental vehicle now due to this. He did not see the estimate because the insurance company handled it.
