Janet stated that she wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process. She was out of town and the business was supposed to keep her informed by email, but she never received any emails about the status of the vehicle. She had to call a couple of times on the day that the vehicle was ready to find out if it was ready. She would have liked to have seen the business offer her a ride home when she dropped the vehicle off to be repaired. As it was she had to walk about a mile home from the business. She said it would be nice if the business had a shuttle service for the customers.
