James said it took 3 days over the weekend longer than promised. They did not give him a reason for the delay but he said it was during the time of the painting. He said he liked their tracker system that kept him updated on the status of his vehicle. He asked his insurance company if he could use this business because in the past he used them and they did a good job. They are close to the rental business and it saves him at least an hour from another auto body business he could have used.
