Spoke with Dave O. He said it was 2 days late because a part was delayed. He never heard from anybody until he called to find out if the vehicle was ready, so there wasn't any communication until he called them. His vehicle was supposed to be ready on Thursday, and Dave didn't call this business until Monday. They told him about the delayed part, and said his vehicle would be ready that afternoon. Dave was satisfied because everything was done well and he was satisfied with the work.
