Charles said his vehicle was ready 4 or 5 days later than promised and he wasn't sure why. He said he was under the impression that his vehicle would be ready after 2 or 3 days but it was ready after 8 days. He wasn't sure what the regular time it takes to do the work he had done but he didn't think it would take that long.
