Hanri said she did not rate her overall experience with this business higher than a 4, because when her vehicle wasn't ready when promised and they did not keep her adequately informed. She explained no one called to let her know her vehicle was going to be 3 days late, because the painting and drying was taking longer than expected. Hanri had to call this business to find out. Because of this Hanri wasn't satisfied with this business's communication. She pointed out the quality of the repair was great, and she was happy with the work they did.
