Brent said this business had a lack of organization. There were arrangements previously made for him to pick up his vehicle at this business. When he went to pick up his vehicle, it was not there and it took them 30 minutes for someone to locate his vehicle and return it back to him. Afterwards, when he was pulling away, they did not fully place the seat bumper and it was blocking the door from opening. His vehicle was not ready when promised and he was not satisfied with the their communication due to the reasons stated above.
