I came in for new tires at 9 am. They said it would only take an hour. After they had already put my car on the lift and taken my old tires off, they told me that the new tires weren't coming in . They said they would need to keep my car overnight. I told them to please find some other tires. When they finally found the tires and put them on it was around 2:30 pm. Then when I got home I saw that they damaged EVERY one of my rims! I had to call everyday for two weeks, and threaten to take this to court to get them to finally replace the damaged rims. And to top it all off, after they put my rims on, they told me I need new brakes. They said my front brakes were totally gone. I took my car immediately to the dealership and they showed me my brakes were all good. My brakes were nowhere near needing replacement! I am reporting Auto Expert to the BBB. I will NEVER take my car there again!
