Always professional and I can count on getting the work done right and reasonable. Finding a repair shop that is honest and provides good work is not easy but this one fits the bill.

Kristian said they thought the problem he was having was due to the alternator. Unfortunately, the battery light is still turning on. He has spoken with them and they believe it is an electrical issue. The explained that an electrical issue is much more expensive to fix. It was not their fault. They were nice and helpful, but he wishes he would've had more time for them to perform a diagnosis.

Jen said the business provides good service but she said she feels like they took advantage of her and she is very upset with them. Her vehicle was towed there and she told them she needed a new starter for which they charged her $230. She later found out another facility would have charged her $130 for the same part. Then she found out that they charged her a diagnostic fee to determine she needed a new starter. She was not aware they were going to charge her for this, plus she had already told them she needed one.

Good price and provide a ride home that I do not have to be in their waiting room all morning and lets them have the care until they are done with it.

"Returning customer"
They have always been so accommodating. We appreciate finding some one who talks to you and and let's you know what's going on versus someone who just throws a price at you. They are quite friendly as well.

The people there fix what needs to be fixed. Inform you if there are other issues and give you choices to either fix now or in the future. They do not push other services upon you!
