We regret this situation, and wish it had gone differently. The mis-aligned dashboard was immediately fixed. The origin of the scatch was impossible to ascertain. The customer had previously been working on the same issue before bringing it into the shop. In good faith we agreed and made arrangements to have the scratch repaired. The customer did not follow thru. We request the customer to take his business elsewhere to avoid any future misunderstandings.
