Using state of the art equipment, we can easily diagnose and repair steering and suspension, air conditioning systems, engine performance, transmission performance, interior electrical and perform all major and minor services to factory specifications. Yes, we can handle your service contracts as well. We fix it right, fix it once.
History

Established in 2008

Keith hails from Toyota and Dodge dealership experience with an emphasis on transmission diagnosis and overhaul. Jeff worked with his Dad and then local shops for years in the aftermarket sector getting familiar with Mercedes, Honda, and GM products on Mercer Island. He branched out on his own in 2002. Together we incorporated in 2008, and landed the current lease in 2010. With a year spent building the ultimate man-cave, we have officially opened the doors in July 2011.
Meet the Business Owner: Jeff E. and Keith M.

Prior USAF experience for 8 yrs showed me the importance of meticulous maintenance. Every bolt and clamp matters. Automotive experience after the Air Force started with Midas, then Pep Boys, leading to a Toyota Dealership then Dodge Dealership all in Tucson, AZ. During that time I certified to Toyota Master level, Chrysler Gold level,and ASE Master with L1. Seattle became home in 2003 and I honed my skills on wet climate electrical woes. After 2 years as a dealership technician, I went rogue and joined the aftermarket sector, meeting
Jeff in 2007. Jeff started his career in his hometown of Kirkland working for his Dad at Juanita Auto Clinic. He learned the nuts and bolts of business management as well as in depth repairs on all cars. He worked on Mercer Island for a spell learning European sedans. Jeff, started AutoMedics in 2003 from the ground up and after a a few years he realized the business would required a bigger space and moved into current space in Kirkland.

Fantastic and Fast Service
I was referred to Automedics by my best friend and I couldn't be happier with the customer service, diagnosis and repairs of the problems I was having with my Expedition. I dropped it off and within hours I received a call with a list of repairs needed and the cost as well as a secondary list of repairs/maintenance items and how long it would probably be before I needed them done (brakes, shocks, etc.). Keith was very knowledgeable about the different issues my vehicle had and explained the problems so I could understand what was going on. We agreed upon all the major repairs and I had my vehicle back in 2 days! I really expected it to take much longer, but these miracle workers got me back on the road that quickly. My Expedition is running great! Thank you so much Jeff and Keith!
