Not sure.
Definitely a friendly place to take our vehicle. However, with Brian and Laurel leaving, we are not as confident about the service on our "hybrid." I.E., we were told that oil changes are NOT required every 3750 miles, yet that is what our report says.

Hi Faye and Charles I am  so sorry I missed you when you came in for service.  I also have to apologize for the miscommunication on your Hybrid.  It was a computer clitch as it printed the wrong mileage interval on your sticker and I am so sorry for that.  Please rest assure 2 of my techs are not only ASE Certified but also Hybrid certified and Fay and Charles I am always here to answer your questions.  The onborad computer will let you know when to have your oil change performed, the stickers are just a guide and we would be happy to print you a new sticker but I would definately go by what you computer tells you.  The maintenance light will come on.  Charles and Faye you have been coming to us for some time and I want to do whatever I need to do to give you peace of mind that your vehicle is being well taken care of.  Thank you Charles and Faye for taking the time to share your experience we have shared this with the team and appreciate you helping us improve our service to reach our goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
