Good morning Randy, first I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for sharing your experience with us and I am so sorry for any inconvenience. The system we followed with the reprint on your e-check has never been a problem in the past so it to is a new experience that we have learned from. Our computer only gives us minimal information and yours did come up no test required, in the past reprinting the report has been sufficient I do apologize for the inconvenience that this caused. We strive for 100% hassle free service and we definately failed you.
