Good experience overall with a bit of disappointment
Just had to put a new set of tires on our vehicle somewhat unexpectedly. Diane was super helpful with the details and logistics of the tire purchase! Cookies, as usual, were delicious. The problem we had was specifically related to our additional request for e-check inspection. Due to some very unusual timing circumstances with this specific vehicle, the facility was unable to conduct the inspection. However, we were given a certificate and told that the inspection was complete. Only after speaking with the BMV and the EPA directly did we realize the problem. While we now understand the reason for the lack of actual testing, we are quite disappointed with the handling of, and communication relating to, the e-check situation.

Good morning Randy, first I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for sharing your experience with us and I am so sorry for any inconvenience.  The system we followed with the reprint on your e-check has never been a problem in the past so it to is a new experience that we have learned from.  Our computer only gives us minimal information and yours did come up no test required, in the past reprinting the report has been sufficient I do apologize for the inconvenience that this caused.  We strive for 100% hassle free service and we definately failed you.  I thank you again Randy for taking the time to share your experience and help us improve our service, we have shared this as a team and have made the necessary adjustments in our system so this never happens again.
