Mary said she was extremely disappointed with her experience because there was an issue and she had to pay $750. There was a problem with the catalytic converter and it cost an additional $200. She ended up going elsewhere to have the work completed. She is looking for resolution and a refund would be very helpful.

Kyrsten said she really liked this business. They quoted her a price before the service was performed but the price changed. They decided to do extra work and they did not ask for her permission. She noted they were really good at providing service and the cost was $50 more than what she was originally quoted. However, it would have been nice if they had informed her about the work ahead of time. She would recommend them because they know what they are doing.

Larry said he was happy with the service this business did but he is really unhappy that they overcharged him. They charged him $130 for a dimmer switch and he is really unhappy that they put one in his vehicle. He would not recommend them based on this experience.
