Hispanic Service Writer
The service writer was rude, and very short. THIS was not first time. The person who checked in had great service. When it was my turn his tone completely changed! , was it because I was black, driving a Sonata not a New Geneses? I don't ever play the race card. But as I stood their and waited, his behavior was consistent towards the other customer. When I returned he pretty much passed on my check out to the other service writer who asked him if he wanted to finish up with me. He said no, that he's going to the back. REALLY. However, when I checked in he had already tried to pass me on to the other service writer who was already writing up an order. Reason being is because he had ordered a part for the car on a previous visit. Poor customer service. I purchased my car there and for the past 3 years, I service it there as well. He's been RUDE EVERY TIME. The Other two service writers are AWESOME, CONSISTENT EVERY VISIT. I WILL NO LONGER GO TO THE hispanic Gentleman.
