They Really Do Care
I went in earlier this week for a repair, but there was a problem. The screw was stripped and wouldn't come out of the motor without damaging the manifold and costing me a additional $800. Gary explained all of my options, recommending one, in particular. He felt that with this certain option, he would be able remove the screw without causing further damage. I didn't have the additional $100 for this option, and said I would reschedule when I did. It took and hour to check for the 02 sensor problem and come up with this solution, but he did not charge me a cent!
