Service Checkup
the service advisor, Mark Bialy, was both friendly and up front when I spoke with him on the phone to set up my appointment as well as when I dropped my car off. What I most appreciate about him and Bauer Automotive, is that he was up front about what I was facing as it pertained to repairs. I very much appreciated the fact that his technicians did not go further with any work until he consulted me. Honesty is something that I value. He and his staff have my sincere thanks for letting me know that it was time to stop putting so much money into a car that was truly on it's last wheels. Extra kindness was that he allowed me to leave the car on the lot while I made arrangements to locate a new/used vehicle.

I will definitely be recommending people to your establishment.
