Diana said the passenger's side seat was not repaired. The insurance adjuster noted on the estimate that this had to be repaired or replaced but she was told by the facility that this was not included on their estimate. The seat is loose and not stable like it was before. She had to call them to find out if the vehicle was ready. She is going back next week and is taking her copy of the estimate because she wants the seat to be fixed.
