It took me weeks to get a response to the issue I raised. When finally I heard from Erin Sheleny (Service BDC Manager), she offered no accommodation whatsoever. I was not satisfied with her response and messaged back to that effect. Never heard from her again.
Because I did not hear from Ms. Sheleny, I messaged Russ Humberston Jr. (owner) and Jake Hachmeister (general manager) to express my dissatisfaction twice. Neither party bothered to respond in any way.
As a long time customer, it is infuriating to be treated with such disregard over a minor and easily resolvable issue. My Toyota is over 20 years old now. When it comes time to replace it, I will not be shopping at Beaverton Toyota and that's what I would recommend to others as well. It seems to me that customer loyalty is unimportant to Beaverton Toyota and that ignoring a customer's concerns is a poor customer retention strategy.
