Sales & service
First time I entered the place, I was not accosted by a herd of salesmen like flies. Took the vehicle in a year later for a rustproofing inspection and an oil change at 5,211 miles and they discoverd a rear ball joint had popped out. Very hard to spot otherwise.

Excellant new car buying experience
