"Good Experience"
My son recommended Bennett's. He said they are fair and honest. I have had my vehicle in twice. I agree that they are fair and honest. Work is done in a timely manner, they are friendly and provide good communication.

"Great Customer Service"
Jim and his team are open to constructive feedback. When I went in a month ago, the invoice wasn't clear. I went back and talked with Jim. Jim looked at the invoice and made it right. They're an honest team of mechanics.

Spoke with Anna. She said this business was great from the very first phone call. Bobby was very nice, kind, helpful and respectful. They did the service when they said they would do the service and they explained what the service would entail. Other facilities would not have done this and the other facilities had higher prices. This business did the work for a reasonable price. The vehicle started breaking apart in the middle of an instillation so the mechanics stayed overnight to take care of it. They fixed that problem at no extra charge. She stated she felt good about this business when she first called Bobby. He told her he would call her back in a few hours, he did and he was able to get her vehicle into the facility. She brought her vehicle into this business on a holiday and the mechanics worked super hard. She is very pleased with them. Overall, everything was great with this business.

I picked up my vehicle just before closing time on Wednesday evening 12/21/16...

Before I got to the end of the road my car stalled which was why I brought it in for servicing...

I drove it back immediately and my car stalled again as I put it in park. I told the gentleman that the issue is still ongoing at which time the gentleman drove my car for a brief couple of minutes and said that it seems to be running fine... He was correct, it did run fine for the short amount of time that he drove the vehicle...

The other gentleman told me that the problem was most likely the ignition starter switch and that the car electronics probably thinks that the key is in the off position....

After making it home that evening which took me about 40 minutes even though I live about 15 minutes away I parked my vehicle.

The following morning I called a lock and key professional to see if he could fix the ignition which I assured me that the only way the ignition would stop is if I physically turned off the key.

Needless to say, my vehicle is still parked and not working...

On a positive note, I understand that sometimes vehicles seem to be repaired and I feel that Bennet's automotive is employed with very honest fully qualified mechanics and they are very nice people. I also feel that they honestly thought that my vehicle was repaired, unfortunately however, I would be dishonest if I were to rate them above a two... I give them two stars for cordiality...

I can't in clear conscience recommend them to friends as of this time.

"I like the family business but "
My cars belts have squealed ever since replaced took it back but isn't any better. It'seems very awkward I don'the like driving it anymore. I don't want to go back a 3rd time it takes all day they are busy
