did not fix the problem
check engine light came on, car missing badly. took to dealership who blamed the person that changed my oil. (Express Oil Change) I broke down 3 days later, took it to express oil who repaired the car by changing spark plugs for $25.00. simple fix that the dealership should have caught but didn't take the time to check!!!

As we discussed today we did in fact take the time to check your vehicle, perform a multi-point inspection and found the spark plugs needed to be replaced and presented you an estimate for repairs to you which you elected to take elsewhere. We certainly understand the frustration of vehicles not performing at a most inconvenient time. We apologize for your interpretation of the circumstances and welcome the opportunity to earn your business in the future.
