After less than 1 hour, the problem (a faulty relay switch) was diagnosed as the most likely problem and a new one was installed. Harley suggested that I drive the car for a few days to make sure the AC worked. I took his suggestion and indeed the problem was fixed and the AC works great again. Thanks to Harley and the BA Team for the excellent service.
