After a few trials with other Ford dealers in the Seattle area as well as Bellingham and Olympia I found Bill Pierre Ford. They have provided excellent, honest service for the past four years. They never try to up sell me they just do what is needed. I am very pleased with them and will not take my Escape anywhere else.
