Last winter this was my first ever service experience with a dealership. After quoting me $2K needed in repairs I did the work as requested, including new brakes and rotors, because I take care of my belongings. This January I asked to come back because my wheels were squeaking and the car was shaking - to which my fiance told me that the rotors were actually "pulsating." I made the appointment by email very specifically for this rotor concern, with an oil change, and wrote again of my rotor concerns on the invoice when I dropped it off. I was called back the next day and told the oil change was done but my brakes were "too new" to have a problem with the rotors and as for the squeaking, they could not replicate the sound, but that "all Ford cars do this, even my new Ford car does it too!" So I drove away thinking I was wrong since I don't know about cars and they do since they are the repair shop. Two months later my car is still squeaking and shaking, and other people who now ride in my car are also telling me my rotors are "pulsating." So I take it back a second time for the same problem I gave them in January, and NOW they can confirm it is my rotors - the brand new ones that I just had installed one year ago?! I do very little driving (less than 7K miles since I got my brakes done last winter) and I am already paying for rotors that I was told "could not possibly be a problem." Yes, I got customer service from the reps both times, but #1 not believing a customer who drives the car every day that the rotors were pulsating and #2 nobody bothers to follow up on my dissatisfaction from this experience after I emailed them what happened - their lack of action truly speaks louder than words when you can't stand behind your service. Whether it's the parts you sold me, ignoring my rotor concerns that I told you about months ago, or not following up on a customer who told you they weren't satisfied....
