I had made an appointment to see a car and had communicated by email with salesman Andrew Norris. Once I came in this afternoon, Andrew was busy with another costumer, and I was "passed on" to another salesman, Conrado. Bottom line: Ihe car I was promised to see was told that they could not locate it! It was a complete waste of my time. How can a dealership not know where each vehicle is located on their lot regardless how large the lot is? How come if I had made an appointment, the vehicle has not been brought around or, at least, made available for my visit? What kind of business is this? I have no intention to return. I humored them by test-driving another vehicle I was not interested in and they already knew due to our extensive communication where I informed Andrew the price range and mo.pmts I was comfortable with. Needless to say, my experience today was deplorable and a complete waste of my time.
