Suzanne said they did a great job, but the tires were replaced and they hadn't replaced the spare tire, so she had wait about 15 minutes. Until then it was perfect. She'd done a quick check and saw it wasn't there. Due to the above she wasn't completely satisfied with the overall experience and it wasn't ready when promised. She stated she hated to say it because she knew it was a black mark but it's what happened. To serve her better, have it done when she gets there. Suzanne commented that the person responsible, her service advisor, did a great job.
