I liked that I was not bombarded by salesmen as I entered the lot. I was politely greeted by the sales manager and was left to look. I expressed that I knew what car I was there to look at and was taken to it. Not once did I feel looked down upon as a first time (by myself) car buyer. I felt that I wasn't just $$ signs for any of the sales team or business. It was nice feeling I could trust the information I was being given about the car of my dreams. The negotiation process was made simple and they helped explain things as we went. I have received several follow up calls from all members of the sales team involved in my purchase to make sure that I am happy with my new car and are always willing to help, even with the tiniest of my concerns. I don't have the easiest work schedule to work with but they made sure to accomodate me with a small request the week after my purchase. I recommend Bill Pierre Ford. I always dreaded the car shopping part of wanting a new car as I saw the annoying ways some car dealerships work, but Bill Pierre Ford made it an enjoyable and happy experience. They helped add to the excitement of driving away in my new dream car!

We were heading out of town when our car wouldn't shift out of park. Icalled my regular dealer and they didn't call back until much later. I called BPF and they answered right away. Greg told us what we needed to do to get it to the shop and when we told him we what we were planning he got the problem fixed in time for us to meet up with friends in Eastern WA as planned. He was very professional and personable. Great job. I need my 100K tune up and he's the man!

The salesperson knew their products well and took time to explain them. They listened understood what I wanted, and met my wishes., even the unusual ones.
