Time Doesn't Lie
Been going there for over 14 years. Bob is fallible, he makes mistakes. He admits them and fixes same at no charge to the customer. If he says you need something, then I am 99% sure that you need it. He never talks "down" to people and explains the repair to customers. He wears a white hat, the good guys.
