Brian said this business repaired his air conditioner. They quoted him $140 for the repairs but it ended up being $160. They did a pretty good job but they had repaired the same issue last year, so it only lasts a year.

Tom said the work performed at this business by Bob was great. However, there were a couple things from the customer service perspective that were not excellent. He mentioned there was no loaner vehicle available and that would have been more convenient. He also stated when the repairs were complete they sent him notification via text message, he never received the message, a phone call would have been better. He said he already spoke to someone at the business about these minor issues and they are an excellent business.
