Joyce said she took her vehicle in on January 26th and she did not hear from them until February 13th. When she called, they told her the vehicle would not be ready until the 17th. She understood the snow had something to do with the delay, but it would have been nice if they called to let her know the status of her vehicle instead of her having to call them.
