Scott said he did not receive the same good service he received in the past. They did an excellent job on the repair, but the representative he dealt with was not informative or helpful to him. They kept him well informed in the past, but he had to initiate all the calls during this visit. The business had his vehicle for about a week longer than promised and they did not give him a reason for the delay. The repair took a total of three weeks.
