Spoke with Harris. He said this business was not responsive to his daily calls. They never explained what work was going to be done on his vehicle and he had to ask the insurance company what the damages were. It was not ready when promised. When he did speak to someone, they would tell him his vehicle would be ready the next day. He was told the next day for over a week and a half. He does not know the reason for the delay and how late it was. He had to contact the manager just to get his vehicle back.
