Marsela said Steven was very helpful and kept her informed. She said her vehicle was broken into and there was glass on the floor, seat and the door. The technicians cleaned up some of the mess but not all the way. She also said it took an extra 3 weeks for her vehicle to be fully repaired because the window was not working properly and the technicians were waiting on some parts.
