Beverly said the communication was lousy. She was left hanging for days without any update on the status of her vehicle. The vehicle was delayed 4 days because the representative handling her repair process forgot to fax the quote over to her insurance company. She doesn't know if he was new but if another staff member had assisted her everything probably would have been better.
